Power Breakfast: Calming Chaos Through Breathwork

Each and every person deals with stress in the personal and professional life. There are a variety of tools available to help ease that stress. At our February breakfast we will learn about breathwork as a healing modality. We will discuss the benefits and how Jenny has found it helpful in her own life.
The group will also participate in a short (approximately 10 minute) breathwork session.
Jenny Cheifetz, Founder of Jentle Coaching
Jenny Cheifetz is a trauma-informed empowerment coach and breathwork facilitator and owns her own business, Jentle Coaching. She received both her Bachelor’s in Communications and Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Over the last twenty years, she taught elementary school, was a stay-at-home mom, and owned and operated two home-based dessert businesses, one of which included a food truck.
During the pandemic, Jenny worked with a life coach to help gain clarity and build self-esteem. That relationship gave her the confidence to pursue her desire to become a coach for women and teens struggling to find their identity and course-correct.
