WIT: The Great Representation

“The Great Representation” will focus on two important topics: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and The Great Resignation. Through a lively panel discussion, we will aim to shed light on the importance of inclusivity and outline steps that can be taken to build a more equitable workplace. Panelists will discuss strategies to see the DEI opportunities of the Great Resignation in order to retain top talent and foster an environment where ALL employees feel welcomed and valued.

This discussion is designed to help inspire women who seek opportunities in technology – women who are just entering tech as well as women who are pivoting into tech – and to encourage companies to see the great resignation as a great opportunity to actively and intentionally build a diverse representation of talent within their organizations to drive success for all.
