The New Hampshire Tech Alliance announces the election of three new members to its Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term. Elected by the Alliance membership, the incoming board members represent leadership across higher education, artificial intelligence, advanced engineering, and entrepreneurship — industries that continue to drive innovation and economic growth throughout New Hampshire.

The newly elected board members include Kyle Viator, Dean of the School of Engineering, Technology, and Aeronautics at Southern New Hampshire University; Scott Weller, Co-Founder and CTO of EnFi; and Brian J. Stumm, Vice President of Engineering and Technology at Hypertherm Associates. The NH Tech Alliance board also elected Jason Gagnon as Vice Chair. Jason is a partner at Wipfli and has served as treasurer of the Alliance since 2021. This expanded role will position him for future leadership as Chair.

“The strength of New Hampshire’s technology ecosystem comes from leaders who are deeply committed to innovation, collaboration, and workforce development,” said Julie Demers, Executive Director of the NH Tech Alliance. “Kyle, Scott, and Brian each bring exceptional expertise and perspectives that will help guide the Alliance as we continue supporting the growth of New Hampshire’s technology and innovation economy.”

Kyle Viator brings extensive experience in higher education leadership, interdisciplinary program development, and workforce-focused innovation. Since joining SNHU in 2010, he has held multiple leadership positions and currently oversees programs within the School of Engineering, Technology, and Aeronautics, helping prepare the next generation of technology and engineering talent.

Scott Weller is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and investor focused on AI-driven innovation within financial services. Prior to co-founding EnFi, Scott co-founded SessionM, a customer engagement platform later acquired by Mastercard. His experience includes scaling high-growth technology companies, building engineering teams, and bringing advanced data-driven products to market.

Brian J. Stumm is a senior engineering executive with more than 25 years of global leadership experience across industrial and safety-critical industries. At Hypertherm Associates, he leads corporate engineering strategy and innovation initiatives, with expertise spanning systems engineering, technology and product development, operational excellence, and global engineering leadership.

The NH Tech Alliance Board of Directors helps guide the organization’s strategic direction and supports initiatives focused on strengthening New Hampshire’s technology workforce, entrepreneurial ecosystem, and innovation economy.
