New Hampshire has joined 15 other states (and counting) and many prominent countries in adopting a law governing privacy and cybersecurity for personal information. Because the law takes effect Jan. 1, 2025, businesses that have not already achieved compliance with other such laws need to start now to comply by year’s end.
This webinar will explain the new rights afforded to individuals and obligations imposed on businesses by this law, and present a practical and achievable strategy for your business to comply with it.
