MANCHESTER, NH — The New Hampshire Tech Alliance (NHTA) is pleased to announce the addition of four new members to its Board of Directors for the 2025 term. The new board slate reflects the Alliance’s commitment to fostering innovation, strengthening sector-specific initiatives, and building a more inclusive and future-focused technology ecosystem across the state.
The 2025 board slate includes Paige Yeater, Moira Hudak-Hall, Tom Fournier, and Phil Magnuszewski. Together, they bring deep expertise in information security, human capital strategy, artificial intelligence, and defense technology — key areas of strategic growth for New Hampshire’s tech economy.
“These additions to our board bring not only deep expertise but a passion for shaping New Hampshire’s future through innovation and community-building,” said Heather Lavoie, Chair of the NH Tech Alliance Board of Directors. “Each member contributes a unique perspective that strengthens our ability to address emerging challenges and opportunities in technology, workforce development, and national competitiveness.”
Paige Yeater is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Mainstay Technologies. With a background that bridges both technical leadership and strategic program development, Yeater leads cross-functional teams in delivering secure and effective IT solutions for clients across New England. She is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a recognized expert in cybersecurity education and operations. In 2022, she was honored as Tech Professional of the Year by the Alliance’s TechWomen | TechGirls Initiative, a testament to her role in mentoring and empowering women in tech.
Moira Hudak-Hall brings over two decades of experience in human resources leadership and strategic talent management. As the founder of the People and Culture Collaborative, Hudak-Hall advises organizations on comprehensive workforce strategies, helping them navigate everything from recruitment and compliance to leadership coaching and organizational design. Her educational background in industrial-organizational psychology and HR management underscores her deep commitment to aligning people strategies with business outcomes.
Tom Fournier, founder of OrgNxt LLC, joins the board with a dedicated focus on strengthening the Alliance’s engagement with New Hampshire’s growing community of defense and national security innovators. A retired U.S. Army officer, Fournier brings more than 20 years of operational military leadership to his work helping defense and government agencies accelerate mission success through strategic technology integration. His expertise will guide a new targeted initiative within the Alliance focused on serving the needs of dual-use tech companies and contractors operating in the defense sector.
Phil Magnuszewski is a pioneering figure in the AI community and a long-time advocate for the ethical advancement of artificial intelligence. As the founder of D!srupt AI and Chief Innovation Officer at Infused Innovations, Magnuszewski leads organizations through digital transformation and the integration of cutting-edge technologies. He also founded the AI in NH Community and serves as Co-Chair of the state’s AI Task Force, helping to ensure New Hampshire remains a national leader in responsible and innovative AI policy.
“We are thrilled to welcome these incredible leaders to our board,” said Julie Demers, Executive Director of the NH Tech Alliance. “Their combined expertise in cybersecurity, talent strategy, AI innovation, and defense technology will be instrumental in advancing the Alliance’s mission.”
The new board members will begin their terms in June 2025. As part of the 2025 board updates, Emily Penaskovic, corporate attorney at Sheehan Phinney, will step into the role of Board Chair, bringing her legal expertise and strategic insight to lead the Alliance through its next chapter of growth. Penaskovic has been on the Alliance Board of Directors for seven years, since 2018, and previously chaired the Board’s Startup Committee and Governance Committee. Heather Lavoie, who has served with distinction as Board Chair, will transition into the role of Past Chair. In this capacity, she will chair the Nominations Committee, the body responsible for identifying and recommending future board members to ensure strong, diverse, and forward-thinking leadership for the NH Tech Alliance.
