The New Hampshire Tech Foundation, the charitable arm of the New Hampshire Tech Alliance, proudly announces the impactful contributions received through ten days of charitable gaming at Filotimo Dover. These funds are essential in furthering the Foundation’s mission to elevate underserved communities into high-tech careers and opportunities.

Julie Demers, the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Tech Foundation, expressed her enthusiasm for the recent support: “Through the generous donations fueled by charitable gaming, we have amplified our efforts in providing STEM education, empowering women in technology, and offering entrepreneurial programming across New Hampshire.”

Established in 2020, the New Hampshire Tech Foundation has quickly become a cornerstone for fostering innovation and tech-driven educational outreach. “As a nascent organization, the operational bandwidth provided by charitable gaming has been invaluable,” states Demers. “It has allowed us to expand our staffing, enhance our operational capacity, and deepen our engagement with the state’s educational partners and students.”

The Foundation has taken significant strides in broadening participation and access to tech. Free student tickets to Tech Alliance Programming, made possible by these funds, have enriched the educational experiences of numerous students, allowing them to grow their social capital, networks, and understanding of the technological landscape in New Hampshire.

The Foundation also provides a wealth of entrepreneurial resources. “By teaming up with charitable gaming, we have scaled our support for entrepreneurs,” Demers adds. “We offer a myriad of free programs that equip aspiring business owners with the essential knowledge to start, grow, and scale a business in our state.”
