Leadership and change management expert to discuss the importance of mindful leadership
The next New Hampshire High Tech Council (Council) TechWomen Power Breakfast is Wednesday, December 13 from 7:30 to 9 am at the Manchester Country Club, 180 South River Road in Bedford. December’s Power Breakfast will feature Dr. Annabel Beerel, founder, president and CEO of the New England Women’s Leadership Institute, who will discuss mindful leadership – what mindful leadership truly is, how to become a mindful leader and how to empower others to be mindful leaders.
“Being a leader in today’s constantly-changing world is challenging,” said Candice Benson, chair of the TechWomen|TechGirls Committee. “Traditional leadership is about paying attention, being present, open and curious about new possibilities. Today’s leaders are often in fast changing industries that require them to adapt quickly and be engaged with their audiences. Dr. Beerel’s expertise in leadership skill development can help professionals meet the changing demands of today’s environment.”
