About the Speakers
Sherry Harding
Sherry has a love for gardening, reading, scuba diving, travel, and making friends wherever she roams. She has spent most of her career in Human Resources/People Operations. Sherry has a background in Accounting, Business Management and Organizational Leadership. With past experiences working in finance, healthcare, nonprofits, manufacturing, and project management she brings a varied background and perspective to complex problem solving. Employee relations, training, and benefits management round out her HR generalist knowledge. Her experience working for a nonprofit organization for 13 years fulfilled a deep desire to provide a means to support the community in a fulfilling way. Sherry finds the best in everyone she meets and shares that with everyone she has the privilege of knowing and working with. Her belief in that everyone matters provides the foundation of her People Operations philosophy. She enjoys having a good laugh, reading a great book, and being with her family most of all.
Duncan Craig
Duncan Craig is a founding partner at Raka, a digital marketing agency named one of the top 3 best companies to work for by Business NH Magazine. Raka builds strategies to target the right audiences online, bring in more qualified leads, and grow a client’s business in attainable, sustainable, and measurable ways. Duncan specializes in account relationships and new business development, helping to ensure long-term success. Duncan also serves on the boards of several non-profits focused on art and education, and lives in Portsmouth with his family.
