Why was NH chosen as the home of your company/branch? What do you love about New Hampshire?
What are some recent accomplishments or milestones of your company?
Over the past year, we’ve continued to grow in a really steady, intentional way. We’ve built stronger relationships with our clients, expanded the types of roles we support, and helped more companies find the right people at really important moments in their growth.
One thing we’re especially proud of is our Women in Technology community. It’s been around for over a decade now, and it’s still something our team genuinely cares about and shows up for. Seeing those connections continue to happen is always a highlight.
We’ve also made it a priority to give back more, both locally and nationally, supporting organizations like Gather and The American Red Cross. That’s something that’s become a bigger part of who we are, not just something we do occasionally.
Internally, we’ve focused a lot on strengthening our team and how we work, making sure we’re continuing to grow without losing the personal, relationship-driven approach that people come to us for.
At the end of the day, the biggest milestone is that people keep coming back to work with us, and that trust has continued to grow.
What new and exciting things do you have planned?
We’re really focused on how quickly technology (especially AI) is changing the way companies build their teams. It’s not just about hiring anymore, it’s about finding the right mix of people who can actually implement, use, and scale these tools effectively.
A big part of what we’re doing next is helping our clients navigate that shift. We’re having more strategic conversations around team structure, skill gaps, and what roles are truly needed to support where their business is going, not just where it is today.
It’s a really exciting time, and we’re leaning into it by staying close to the market and helping our clients make smart, forward-thinking hiring decisions.
